Miki Biasion Brand Ambassador Mafra

An important collaboration is born that sees two-time World Champion Miki Biasion wearing the Mafra colors as Brand Ambassador. Miki Biasion makes available to all fans his great experience and his innate desire to undertake new endeavors that, we are sure, will be exciting.

The roads of Miki Biasion and Mafra had to meet sooner or later, and they did. It all started with the Lancia Delta EVO 3 project that the two-time world rally champion decided to undertake. For his exclusive cars, he was looking for a company that could provide him with products that would keep the liveries and interiors of his "creatures" always shining.

From the very first meeting, Miki Biasion and Marco Mattioli understood that they had the same DNA; in their blood runs that healthy passion for motors that drives them to always achieve the best, whether they are classic cars or exclusive modern cars. And it is precisely this passion that prompted Mafra to involve Miki Biasion as the brand's Brand Ambassador. The driver from Veneto now wears our colors and uses our products on his magnificent Delta, cars that thanks to his exploits he has made famous all over the world.

There are many fans who still get excited about the stupendous feats performed by the driver from Veneto in the late 1980s. Feats that allowed him to win on all the roads of the world and to win 2 World Rally Champion titles in 1988 and 1989. Obviously, always driving the unbeatable Lancia Delta Integrali.

Miki Biasion: the two-time World Rally Champion.

Born in Bassano del Grappa, Miki Biasion is the only Italian driver to have won the World Rally Championship title. And he did it twice: 1988 and 1989, always driving the legendary Lancia Delta Integrale. His was a career full of successes, which saw him triumph on roads all over the world. Miki Biasion linked his name to the Lancia with which he won 16 races, also achieving numerous podium finishes. Today Miki Biasion is still making us dream, participating in rallies dedicated to vintage cars and venting his passion for engines by restoring old Lancia Deltas. The most recent project sees Miki Biasion engaged in the creation of 8 numbered examples of Lancia Delta, based on a study carried out in the early 1990s but which never saw the light of day.

An inevitable partnership

Mafra and Miki Biasion together at the Padua Motor Show

The Padua Classic Car and Motorcycle Show was the occasion to present the Lancia Delta Evo 3 by Miki Biasion. This is the first project in which Mafra has collaborated with the 2-time World Champion.
