At the Bologna Fair, we offered visitors hands-on demonstrations of using our products to clean car bodies, windows and seat leather, revealing the secrets to reaping the maximum benefits
Vintage Cars and Motorcycles., which moved from Padua to Bologna last year, is an international benchmark event for enthusiasts and professionals in the world of historic cars. And we at Mafra welcomed to our booth in Hall 37 all visitors eager to learn in depth about the best products for car care thanks to the advice of our experts.
The Mafra "store" at Auto and Moto d'Epoca
Our booth at Auto e Moto d'Epoca was presented as a temporary shop dedicated to the Mafra world and all its car care product lines: Mafra, representing quality and ease of use, Maniac Line, dedicated to the most demanding enthusiasts, and Labocosmetica, intended for car detailing professionals.
Three dedicated areas allowed visitors to watch expert demonstrations on the use of cleaning products for even leather interiors and windows.
Also on display in theLive Area of the booth, created for the first time, was a magnificent example of a Lancia Delta HF Integrale, used for demonstrations of the use of Mafra products and offered to the public by Miki Biasion, Mafra brand ambassador.
The two-time world rally champion with the Lancia Delta met with his many fans on Saturday, October 26, at the Mafra stand at Auto e Moto d'epoca, to whom he generously gave himself for selfies, autographs and handshakes. In fact, his style and friendliness make him one of the motorsport champions most beloved by entire legions of fans.

Prominent among the organized demonstrations was one related to polishing the bodywork in various steps carried out using a random orbital polisher and abrasive or polishing pastes, such as Labocosmetica's HPC 2.0.
In another area, however, the correct technique for perfect window cleaning, which is essential for safe driving, was unveiled. Special attention was paid to the use of the brand new cloth Glass Ultimate Microfiber Cloths, designed specifically for window cleaning.
The method involves an initial step in which dirt is removed: however, this operation leaves halos and marks that reduce visibility. For this it is necessary to use the 2 cloths contained in the package. The first of the two cloths is dedicated to pre-treatment and is used to clean the glass, while the second one, of a different color, allows for perfect drying, eliminating the halos that remain on the surface especially if lime water is used.
The microfiber in Mafra cloths can absorb seven times more than its weight, providing great cleaning power.
Less water waste with Mafra
The Live Area of the Mafra booth at Auto Moto d'Epoca also allowed visitors to learn about the effectiveness of new Mafra products created for the purpose of ensuring the cleanliness of cars with low or no water consumption.
Rinseless products allow you to clean the bodywork using very little water and no rinsing: you fill the bucket with the solution, wipe it over the surface to be cleaned, and then wipe it dry with cloths.
Waterless is even faster: simply spray the product onto the surface and then dry with a microfiber cloth, avoiding circular motions.
Skin care according to Mafra
Demonstrations on cleaning leather seats also attracted great interest. Indeed, it was explained to visitors how important it is not only to clean the surface, but to treat it in depth. Many, in fact, think that shiny leather is clean, when in fact it is dirty: our cars suffer from dehydration of the leather, which must be treated with special moisturizing, nourishing and protective creams such as those in the Charme Kit.
With this presence at Auto e Moto d'Epoca we at Mafra have reaffirmed our closeness to all car care enthusiasts, to whom we not only offer products, the result of extensive research in our Italian laboratories, but also valuable advice on how to use them in the most effective ways.
