At Automechanika 2022, all our new products on display

From September 13 to 17, we are in Frankfurt for Automechanika 2022, the new edition of the global aftermarket trade fair that is back in attendance (Hall 12 - Stand C99). This will be an opportunity to present all the new products we have developed tailored to the needs of industry professionals, from washers and detailers to maniacs of caring for any vehicle, with a focus on the energy transition.

It opens on Tuesday, Sept. 13, Automechanika 2022, the automotive aftermarket trade show that is back in attendance. A very important occasion that Mafra could not miss! We are at Hall 12, Stand C99. Our experts will be available to visitors to explain all our innovations.

At Automechanika 2022 we are presenting the new range of Mafra products designed to offer concrete solutions to the daily problem of energy consumption, an issue that is very much felt throughout Europe. Lots of novelties that further expand our rich and complete offer of car care products, to support all car care professionals and do-it-yourself enthusiasts with even better performing solutions characterized by important technological innovations.

Solutions for Car Care Professionals at Automechanika 2022

For over 55 years, Mafra has been working closely with washing centers. Thanks to this long experience, we are always able to offer solutions that meet their needs, with quality products that ensure high performance at low costs. Our solutions are suitable for any type of facility, from automatic car washes to box-self to manual car washes.

To meet the demands of washing centers, which are looking for solutions to contain processing costs without compromising the quality of the result, the Mafra Research and Development laboratory has studied two important technologies that make the products intended for washing professionals even better performers: N.A.R.T. (No Air Required Technology), thanks to which it is possible to create a soft foam even without the aid of air; Energy Safe, a technology that saves energy because it allows the washing machine to work even when cold, thus avoiding the washer to have to heat the water, with a significant cost saving.

With the new system "Energy Safe" We are introducing a series of products that maintain high performance even when using only cold water. This new system thus allows the operator a tangible and direct energy savings. The first products on which we introduced these new technologies are those dedicated to prewashing, a very important phase during which we are able to eliminate up to the '80% of the dirt.

What's new at the booth

At Automechanika 2022 we are presenting Supermafrasol Foam, the foaming version of one of our most popular products for wash centers. Thanks to the new N.A.R.T. and Energy Safe technologies, energy consumption during the prewash phase will be dramatically reduced with this product.

Another novelty presented in Frankfurt is. Iglù Foam Prewash. Always equipped with technology N.A.R.T., is able to create a foaming igloo around the car. The product is ideal for manual and box-self washing.

Finally, Blue Ice Foam, produced with N.A.R.T. technology, is suitable for hand washing.

In Frankfurt. in addition to these innovative products, we also present many other new products:

Best Fluo: the colorful line that follows the new trend in wash centers. Derived from the Best Selection range , Mafra's most popular product selection among wash center professionals, this new range consists of products for prewashing and washing of rims. With this line, in addition to guaranteeing an excellent end result, the washer will be able to stand out from the competition and present new washing programs, creating a pleasant scenic effect in their facility.
Unika Line BX2: a specific prewash product with Energy Safe technology that adds to the wide range of Mafra's Premium Line, dedicated to car washers who want to offer their customers high-level performance. Like all Unika Line products , it is "VDA approved," therefore safe on aluminum, plastic and rubber and generally on any car surface.
Heavy Metal: a product for washing wheels, both alloy and iron and steel wheels, designed for manual washing and with outstanding performance.
Nouveau Noir Evo: ideal for the tire treatment, with a completely renewed formulation is even better performing.
Mafrasol 2.0: the high quality emollient prewash for quick washing, is now available in an even better performing version.
Last Touch 2.0: Mafra's iconic liquid wax, one of its most popular products, is now even better performing and easier to use.
Pulimax 2.0: This product is also renewed, with a version that can ensure a cleaning of the interior of the car even more amazing.
PR3: high-performance multi-surface foamer with Energy Safe (Cold Water Technology System);
Valid: Multi-purpose prewash with high detergent power, ideal for handwashing in medium-hard water;

Everything for the care of the Washing Center

In Mafra's wide range of professional offerings there are not only products for washing cars but also everything needed for car care. At Automechanika 2022, we will again present important new products:

Bio-Starter, an enzymatic product ideal for wastewater treatment and designed to maintain the standards required by regulations. It is also a very effective solution for bad odors caused by mold and stagnant liquids, a typical problem in wash centers.
Foam Killer, a product that can break down the foam that forms during washing and is compatible with enzymatic products such as Bio-Starter.

Solutions for Detailers

Visitors to Automechanika 2022, at the Mafra booth, can see the full range of #Labocosmetica products, the division created specifically to develop the highest quality products designed to meet the needs of professional detailers.

Our Master Detailer Reggy is at the booth to answer questions from professionals and enthusiasts and for live demonstrations on the use of #Labocosmetica products .

#Glico: the fabric cleaner based on glycolic acid, ideal for removing inorganic residues, minerals, dust and dirt stains from seats and floor mats. This product was also selected by the international jury of Automechanika 2022 for the Innovation Awards 2022 in the Car Wash & Care category.
#Lubrifica Plus: the lubricant for the application of film PPF protective films, wrapping and glass tinting.

Manic Line: international debut

Automechanika 2022 is also an opportunity to introduce the international audience to the Maniac Line, the brand new Mafra product line dedicated to car care maniacs, which is already becoming a must among all enthusiasts. Indeed, the new line of car care products developed entirely by Mafra in cooperation with professional detailers meets the demands of true enthusiasts.

Maniac Line's range of products, which can cover every stage for cleaning and treating both the interior and exterior of the car, is showing up in Frankfurt with two really interesting new products that will soon be available to all enthusiasts: Waterless and Rinseless. The former is a product for cleaning the car without the use of water, while the latter is similar to a shampoo but does not require rinsing and can therefore be used for a dry wash.

A full range of accessories

Mafra's offer is completed with a range of accessories dedicated to car care. The stars of the Automechanika 2022 booth are the new Wash and Rinse buckets, designed for the double bucket technique, and Mafra Detailing Brushes, designed for even more thorough cleaning of the exterior and interior of any vehicle.

Wash bucket: designed especially for the washing phase, allowing you to create

A perfectly dosed solution of water and shampoo.

Rinse bucket: the ideal companion for the rinse phase.
Grit Safe: the grid to be placed at the bottom of buckets. Indispensable accessory for washing in complete safety. The grid separates dirt and debris released from the glove or sponge used during washing, thus preventing swirls and scratches on the bodywork.
Detailing brushes: made with a sturdy flexible rubber handle that ensures a good grip during use, they allow you to operate in complete safety and with absolute precision during cleaning and washing. Available in 2 versions, Red and Lime, they are ideal for even more thorough cleaning of the exterior and interior of any vehicle.
Red Brush: with red bristles made from a mixture of two polymers, it is the ideal solution for treating exterior surfaces.
Lime Brush: with star-shaped bristles and made of KREX® by Dupont®, is ideal for cleaning interiors. In fact, it allows dirt to be removed from the most difficult places, even from sensitive or lacquered materials, without running the risk of damaging them.
