Mafra's new technologies for washing at Equip Auto 2022

Equip Auto 2022 opened on Tuesday, October 18. In a booth dedicated to solutions for carwash professionals, Mafra presented new technologies destined to revolutionize this sector: N.A.R.T. (No Air Required Technology) and Energy Safe. Ample emphasis will also be given to Mafra's top professional solutions: Unika and Best Selection.

Equip Auto 2022 in Paris, the benchmark trade show for the EMEA aftermarket, opened its doors at Expo Porte de Versailles on Tuesday, Oct. 18, returning to the traditional in-person formula.

Inside a booth dedicated to carwash professionals, Mafra is displaying all its new solutions for this sector, which is closely experiencing the critical issues of the current economic environment related to rising energy costs. Precisely to meet the needs of its Customers, new technologies destined to set trends in the sector have been developed in Mafra's R&D laboratories .

Mafra's professional solutions at Equip Auto 2022

Unika and Best Selection are the two professional lines developed by Mafra that are enjoying great success in all international markets, and they are the stars of our booth in Paris as well.

Unika Line is Mafra's premium solution, designed for washers who want to offer their customers high-level performance. All Unika Line products are "VDA approved" therefore safe on aluminum, plastic and rubber and generally on any car surface.

Spotlight on new Mafra technologies at Equip Auto 2022

On the strength of the great interest received at Autopromotec Bologna e Automechanika Frankfurt, at Equip Auto 2022 we are presenting new technologies designed to improve the operations of wash centers. Developed at our R&D center and applied to the best Mafra products, these technologies are set to revolutionize the concept of car washing.

N.A.R.T. (No Air Required Technology): this technology allows the professional to create a soft foam without the use of an air compressor. A solution that makes the pre-washing phase even easier and more effective.

Energy Safe: this technology also makes it possible to work with cold water, thus avoiding the need for the washer to heat the water, resulting in significant savings in both energy consumption and costs.

We are living in a period that sees the Washing Center industry facing several challenges to curb the sudden increase in energy costs... With our new technologies, Mafra reconfirms itself as a company always attentive to the needs of its customers and ready to provide concrete solutions in a timely manner. Maniac Line: for car detailing enthusiasts

Maniac Line's range of products, which can cover every stage for cleaning and treating both the interior and exterior of the car, is showing up in Frankfurt with two really interesting new products that will soon be available to all enthusiasts: Waterless and Rinseless. The former is a product for cleaning the car without the use of water, while the latter is similar to a shampoo but does not require rinsing and can therefore be used for a dry wash.

Mafra's offerings are completed with a range of accessories dedicated to car care. The stars of the Equip Auto 2022 booth are the new Secchi Wash and Rinse buckets, designed for the double bucket technique, and Mafra Detailing Brushes, designed for even more thorough cleaning of the exterior and interior of any vehicle.

Wash bucket: designed especially for the washing phase, allowing you to create

Rinse bucket: the ideal companion for the rinse phase.
Grit Safe: the grid to be placed at the bottom of buckets. Indispensable accessory for washing in complete safety. The grid separates dirt and debris released from the glove or sponge used during washing, thus preventing swirls and scratches on the bodywork.
Detailing brushes: made with a sturdy flexible rubber handle that ensures a good grip during use, they allow you to operate in complete safety and with absolute precision during cleaning and washing. Available in 2 versions, Red and Lime, they are ideal for even more thorough cleaning of the exterior and interior of any vehicle.
Red Brush: with red bristles made from a mixture of two polymers, it is the ideal solution for treating exterior surfaces.
Lime Brush: with star-shaped bristles and made of KREX® by Dupont®, is ideal for cleaning interiors. In fact, it allows dirt to be removed from the most difficult places, even from sensitive or lacquered materials, without running the risk of damaging them.
