ASI Circuito Tricolore moves to Marche for Sibillini and environs 2023

Vintage engines are roaring again in the Marche region, with the 2023 edition of the Sibillini and environs taking place from August 23 to 26. Organized by the Scuderia Marche Club Motori Storici and included in the ASI Circuito Tricolore, this event is considered a true mobile museum. Numerous cars are present, all of absolute prestige. We at Mafra are present as sponsors and with our special Welcome Kit for all participants.

Now in its 15th year, the Sibillini Mountains and Surroundings. The event, which travels the roads from Macerata to the Sibillini hills, is part of the prestigious ASI Circuito Tricolore, the program that groups the most important and engaging historic motoring events on the Peninsula. We at Mafra are present as a sponsor of theASI Circuito tricolore.

For the occasion, we have prepared a special Welcome Kit to be given as a gift to all attending crews.

For this edition of Sibillini and environs, we thought of making a Welcome Kit containing all 125ml products, the perfect size to keep in your car at all times to be ready to take care of your car at any time.

The program of Sibillini and environs 2023

The fifteenth edition of the Sibillini e dintorni is organized by the Scuderia Marche Club Motori Storici and is reserved only for cars built before 1945, a true "mobile museum" as Massimo Serra, the event director, likes to call it.

As per tradition, all the cars are really special. This year, six French collectors are also participating with cars whose most modern dates back to 1912!

The Sibillini and environs is not only an event to celebrate the charm of vintage cars but also a cultural event and a philanthropic opportunity to raise funds for the Red Cross to support its volunteer work.

The 2023 edition culminates with a special event held at the Macerata's Sferisterio.

The theme of the 2023 edition is "From the Sibillini Mountains to the Andes," with an alternating two orchestras on stage and featuring world bandoneón genius Héctor Ulises Passarella, performer of theOscar-winning soundtrack to "The Postman" in 1996.

Sibillini e dintorni is not only a gathering of beautiful classic cars but also an opportunity to discover the beautiful landscapes of the Sibillini Mountains and explore Le Marche, an enchanting region rich in tradition.

The vintage cars participating in this event are true gems, perfectly restored, a unique opportunity for all enthusiasts to enjoy this wonderful spectacle.

The route

The Sibillini and environs lasts four days, for a total route of about 230 kilometers designed for participants to enjoy all the beauty of the province of Macerata.

The cars travel these beautiful roads at speeds befitting their characteristics, tackling the hilly climbs calmly and serenely. Enthusiasts get to appreciate these cars along the entire route.

The partner municipalities of the 2023 edition of the Sibillini and Surroundings are Macerata, Urbisaglia, Apiro and Appignano with passages to Fiastra Lake,Fiastra Abbey and Castreccioni Lake.

During Saturday, crews can appreciate in Appignano the specialties of Leguminaria and in the evening, in Macerata, there is the Victory Circuit parade and final show at the Sferisterio.

Over the course of the 3-day event, participants always remain within the province of Macerata where they will also be involved in cultural and food and wine tours, effectively representing a driver for tourism promotion.

Program 2023

Wednesday, August 23: Early afternoon arrival of vehicles and settling into the hotel.

Thursday, Aug. 24: In the morning, participants head to Lake Fiastra to discover its beautiful scenery. The afternoon is dedicated to visiting the territory of the municipality of Urbisaglia.

Friday, Aug. 25: At 9 a.m., depart for Apiro, an important town in the land of Verdicchio, and visit the village. After lunch, a visit to the impressive dam on Lake Castreccioni and the sidecar museum in Cingoli is planned. The evening ends in Macerata with the 15th re-enactment of the Victory Circuit, a motoring event that took place in the 1950s in the streets of downtown Macerata. At the end of the evening, the Italian Red Cross, in the town hall, awards the "XI Italian Red Cross Trophy" to the crew with the best vintage car/clothing combination.

Saturday, Aug. 26: In the morning, transfer to Appignano for the traditional annual meeting. In the afternoon, visit to the historic center of Macerata. Dinner at a characteristic restaurant. At 9:15 p.m., crews transfer to the Sferisterio Arena in Macerata, temple of Italian opera, to attend the show organized by the Scuderia Marche.
