Mafra stands by Andrea Maida to promote safety on the roads and teach motorcycle riding on all kinds of trails. Every weekend from March to October, we are on tour with the Maida Moto Masters.
Spring is beginning to show, temperatures are rising as is the desire to take the bike for a nice ride out of town. But it's important to ride safely at all times, wearing technical clothing and learning how to control your bike the right way. Who better to teach you how to ride it safely than an international speedway champion, the specialty that requires extreme bike control? For Mafra, we decided to support Andrea Maida, Speedway rider and IGM and IGV Federal Instructor in his Maida Moto Master Custom Tours.
Every weekend from March to October, Andrea organizes educational tours designed to learn proper riding techniques. During the courses, riders get to improve their riding position and riding style, learning how to ride their 2-wheelers with an emphasis on road safety.
Open to all motorcyclists, experts and beginners, Maida Moto Master tours give the opportunity to try their hand at exciting mountain trails. Participants will be able to perfect their riding technique, dealing in the best way with curves and hairpin bends, from the widest to the narrowest, both uphill and downhill. One aspect always present in the courses organized by Andrea Maida is driving safely and in compliance with the highway code.
Participants are taught proper trajectories and the use of rear brakes, which are essential when riding in the mountains.

At the end of the day, along with the certificate issued by Andrea Maida, participants will receive a special box containing 3 products from Mafra Bike Line, the range specially designed to keep their two-wheelers in perfect order, efficiency and cleanliness:

A wonderful day on the bike
Maida Moto Master riding courses always begin with a theoretical part: here you learn how to best approach turns, how to use the clutch, brake and shoulders so that you always have the correct position in the saddle, thus always riding safely. After the theoretical explanation, you are ready to get on your bike to begin the practical lesson. All participants are provided with an intercom, through which Andrea Maida gives directions on how to use the body to deal with each situation correctly: in fact, small details are enough to learn how to control the bike safely! Once the practice is over, everyone goes to the table... this is where you watch the videos to analyze and correct any mistakes and, at the same time, appreciate your improvements.
And, after lunch, back in the saddle!
This time we all set off together on a beautiful mountain route, during which we can experience everything: hairpins, curves, narrow mixed, fast mixed. Andrea Maida continues to give his suggestions to the motorcyclists, trying to smooth out any possible mistakes. An afternoon along beautiful roads and enchanted places, always respecting the code of the road, with the goal of improving one's riding style and facing all kinds of routes safely.
This year the Maida Moto Masters will touch several Italian regions, here are the planned destinations: Tour Po Delta and Euganean Hills, Tour Bergamasque Valleys, Tour of Marche, Tour Carnic Alps and Friulian Hills, Tour Tosco Emiliano, Tour of Dolomites, Tour of Asiago Plateau and finally the Tour of Trentino.
