Crazy Run 2022, the "craziest" race moves to the mountains

It is Cortina d'Ampezzo, with its stunning Dolomite views, the venue for the Crazy Run 2022. Again this year we are taking part in this fantastic adventure as a sponsor with Maniac Line products and with two crews.

On Friday, June 10 and Saturday, June 11, the beautiful Dolomite setting of Cortina d'Ampezzo will host the Crazy Run 2022, now in its 10th edition. As always, motors, adventure and a good dose of healthy madness will be the protagonists of this event. Mafra is starring as a sponsor, with the products Maniac Line, and 2 crews: our Head of Marketing and Communication Francesco di Florio and Enrico di Mauro, aka Bruce Garage, driving a Dodge Ram prepared by Befuel, e Fedeperlam with his partner Geneva del Lago entered in a Toyota Supra with over 600hp.

Crazy Run 2022, healthy madness and goliardia

There are 100 teams registered for the Crazy Run 2022, now in its 10th year. An adventure of madness and goliardia. Crews must cover 500 km, 250 per day, passing 10 checkpoints for 10 selective stages. A route on roads open to the public and in total compliance with the Highway Code, in which teams are called upon to decipher riddles and puzzles to discover the arrival point of the next stage and overcome tests that require imagination, ingenuity and creativity. The only information in the hands of the participants is the start and finish locations for both days. Everything else is absolutely top secret!

The official name of the tenth edition is Crazyrun X. This year's adventure takes place along the roads leading from Cortina d'Ampezzo to the Dolomites. Departure set for Friday, June 10, from the exclusive Grand Hotel Savoia in Cortina. The hotel is also the arrival point of the first stage and the location of the official dinner and the super anticipated Crazyrun Party.

The race concludes Saturday, June 11, with a big party in Conegliano (TV) on Viale Carducci. It is precisely in the home of Prosecco that the Crazy Run celebrates its 10th birthday with an exclusive party open to the public, packed with guests and VIPs. As always, the undisputed stars of the Crazy Run are the cars: crazy, exclusive and absolutely admirable. Ferraris, Lamborghinis, Porsches, BMW M's, Maseratis, Audi RS's, Jaguars just to name a few, a real treat for the eyes of all the enthusiasts present along the route.

Not only the cars but also the imagination of the crews make this run unique. Team spirit, goliardia, style and creativity are the indispensable ingredients to participate in the Crazy Run! All participants are put to the test with riddles, rebuses and puzzles to solve in order to continue the race and reach the next stage. It is not only a race of regularity but also a real competition of skill and ingenuity. Forty-eight hours in the sign of madness that makes us all play like children again.
