Gian Maria Gabbiani has won the Powerboat Endurance World Championship in Badalona, Spain. The Milanese pilot, for years the face of MA-FRA in the most spectacular races, thus confirms the success of the last edition in the waters of Zeebrugge.
Gabbiani and the BMC hull dominated both races: winning Race 1 with a lead of one minute and 50 seconds and, in Race 2, further improving the gap to 2 minutes and 10 seconds. These are Gian Maria's statements immediately after the victory: "This is a success that makes me particularly proud. I want to thank BMC, as well as the sponsors MA-FRA and Motorola, for having great belief in the project."
For MA-FRA a new victory: the New Boat Care Line also stars with its products in the waters of Barcelona.
