COVID-19: MAFRA GETS APPROVAL FOR PRODUCTION OF DISINFECTANTS
The Ministry of Health, as part of measures for the prevention and management of the epidemiological emergency from COVID-19, for the purpose of public health protection, has authorized Mafra to produce and market biocidal disinfectants with virucidal action belonging to the auto, community and industry categories, validating the products Mafra has designed to make its contribution to the public health emergency.
The Ministry of Health has therefore recognized our Killvir, Clovir and Auto Surface Disinfectant products as disinfectant biocides with virucidal action.
This authorization ensures that these products meet all requirements that make them effective in the management of COVID-19 emergency.
MAFRA's virucidal action products.
- Killvir - Surface disinfectant with virucidal action. is based on hydrogen peroxide (Active Oxygen) and can be used on any surface. Precisely because of the active oxygen, it disinfects and provides deep action against viruses. Killvir cleans deeply without leaving aggressive chemical residues and haloes. It is available in 500ml format or in a 25-liter professional version (Killvir Plus).
- Clovir - Surface disinfectant., based on sodium hypochlorite, in addition to eliminating viruses, disinfects and cleans by removing dirt and contamination. Clovir leaves no harsh chemical residue, requires no rinsing and releases a good hygiene scent. It can be found in 500ml format or in a 25liter professional version (Clovir Plus).
- Auto Surfaces Disinfectant - Virucidal, based on hydrogen peroxide. Designed to disinfect and clean car interiors, the product eliminates all types of contamination easily and safely. This product is available in 500ml format.
