MAFRA at Bikers Fest International & Mosquito's Way 2017
May 18-19-20 and 21, 2017 - Lignano Sabbiadoro
A truly exclusive event of its kind was staged in Lignano Sabbiadoro, a truly unique event because this "31st Biker Fest International", the largest gathering for fans of Motors, Tuning, Custom, Music, Body Art, and fun, this year hosted the great parade of the "Mosquito's Way 2017 Grand Tour" e Mafra, Partnership of the two related events, stood by all fans of the magical world of vintage and custom.
Let's go into detail, Biker Fest, now known to most, is the largest Custom festival internationally and this year it was prepared to receive 13,000 people from all over Europe, with the most well-known and important Custom motorcycle preparers.
The 4 days, for the May appointment, wanted to enrich even more the agenda of appointments dedicated to the participants and so it thought to welcome on Saturday the parade of "Mosquito's Way 2017 Grand Tour," an event born from an idea of the Rocker Piero Pelù together with Dj Ringo and the journalist Giovanni di Pillo.
This event sought to bring together a hundred enthusiasts who participated in riding Vintage mopeds and to all those who had the desire to dust off and revive their grandfather's old fifties in the basement or the moped that one had abandoned in the garage as a boy before getting on a "real" motorcycle, all of whom were able to participate in this réunion.
The parade of Vintage 50cc pre-1990 pedal mopeds took place as we could imagine in a manner at least as "bizarre" as the initiative that is, all participants were compulsorily dressed in Vintage style and in Bikers and Pinup theme, just to enter with a goliardic spirit into the atmosphere of the 70s and 80s and share all together the passion for Rock music and two wheels.
Love of motors and passion for Rock became the explosive mixture and to enliven the participants even more, Mafra every day offered attendees its workhorse in entertainment, namely the "Sexy Bike & American Car Show." with the presence of the "Mafra Girls".
