MA-FRA is a company that pays great attention to the safety side: for this reason, it decided to achieve the ambitious goal of certification on the BS OHSAS 18001 safety management system, obtained through the German body TUV.
The certificate complements those related to ISO 9001 quality and ISO 14001 environment, which have long been MA-FRA's assets: a long path of excellence that has reached its culmination with the acquisition of this important certification, which places the Company among the most virtuous national chemical companies.
These are the objectives sought in implementing a health and safety management system:
- prevent accidents, injuries and occupational diseases through proper risk assessment and control;
- ensure healthy and safe working environments, both for workers and for third parties who may be present;
- ensure compliance with all current regulations on health and safety in the workplace;
- raise awareness and inform workers so that they can perform their duties safely, assuming their responsibilities.
