Earth Day, the "Day of the Earth," is a day designed to raise awareness of the plight of the Planet: pollution levels, ecosystems, plants and animals at risk of extinction the stocks of nonrenewable resources.
April 22 will therefore be an important day for the Planet: the day was first proclaimed in the United States in 1970 and involves 175 countries around the World.
MA-FRA is certainly among the most virtuous companies in the industry: in fact, it was the first Italian company to adopt the ISO 14001 environmental management system. ISO 14001 helps to keep the environmental impacts of its activities under control: it is the company's manifesto towards the environment, it can be considered the commitment made to a continuous, sustainable and systematic improvement of its activities, which also include the development of products with an ever decreasing environmental impact. This concrete step forward testifies to the Company's focus on sustainable development: the commitment and mission of MA-FRA to reconcile nature with technology through an Eco-Friendly approach to industry.
