What is dry car washing?
Dry car washing is a practice of performing car cleaning and polishing operations without using water.
This mode of washing has become mainly popular in recent years thanks to the emergence of specific products, called "savewater," which do not require rinsing after their application.
How to perform a waterless car wash
To carry out a waterless wash, simply equip yourself with a microfiber cloth with which to spread the product dry on the surface to be treated. An example of a microfiber cloth suitable for use is "Extra Brilliance"
Once the waterless product is sprayed on the affected area it will bring the more solid dirt into suspension, which can then be wiped off with the cloth.
After this first step, it is recommended to make a second pass, again using a microfiber cloth, making sure that this is clean. Going over the cloth again will also remove any remaining grease residue, the so-called "traffic film."
When using the cloth, it is recommended to wipe gently in one direction without applying significant pressure. It is advisable to always wipe in one direction (e.g. from right to left)

The products for dry car wash
Dry car wash products contain polymers within them that act by bringing dirt into suspension, which can then be easily removed. Waterless car wash products normally have very specific peculiarities.
The Characteristics of Waterless Washing Products.
- They do not leave halos and dry very quickly: any liquid, even water, that stays too long on the surface of the car causes annoying halos and residue, which is especially noticeable on black-colored bodies
- They contain emulsified waxes: this provides a polishing and protective effect in addition to surface cleansing
- The surfactants contained within them are biodegradable: product residues that will remain on the cloth, once the cleaning of the car is finished, should be removed by conventional washing. In any case, the use of biodegradable surfactants guarantees maximum environmental compatibility
- They are at water base: No abrasives and minimal solvents ensure maximum safety on all types of plastic and metal surfaces
