Crazyrun 2023 lands on the shores of Lake Maggiore
From May 25-27, 2023, the Crazyrun 2023 takes place along the roads along Lake Maggiore. There are 100 cars registered for the world's craziest race. Among them are also 2 crews with our Brand Ambassadors Fede Perlam and Matteo Torrisi. Products from the Maniac Line range are sponsoring the event.
After Elba, the roads of Chianti and those of the Dolomites, Crazyrun 2023 lands on the shores of Lake Maggiore. Now in its 10th edition, this race, inspired by the "Craziest Race in the World," the famous 1976 film directed by Chuck Bail, touches the incredible landscapes of Lake Maggiore, starting in Stresa via the Borromean Islands and the nearby mountains. Culinary stop at Villa Crespi for a fitting tribute to star chef Antonino Canavacciolo.
100 crews at the start of Crazyrun 2023
There were more than 200 applications for the Crazyrun 2023: after careful analysis, only 100 were selected, chosen on the basis of the originality, beauty and creativity of the design. Among the cars showing up in Stresa for the start of the race, there is no shortage of Cavallino jewels such as the Ferrari SF90 Spyder, the Ferrari 812 Superfast or the 488 Pista. But the parterre is well nourished with the most beautiful models from all car manufacturers such as the Lamborghini Huracan STO for the "Lümaga team," the Lotus Emira for the "Taxi Driver" team, the Porsche 992 GT3 of the "Birroli," and again the Mclaren 720S of the "A Clockwork Orange" team. Also kicking off is another one of our Brand Ambassadors, Matteo Torrisi, who with his Driver's Workshop offers valuable advice on how to restore and customize sports cars. Matteo participates along with our Marketing and Communications Manager Francesco di Florio driving a Ford Mustang 351.

The route of the Crazyrun 2023
In keeping with tradition, the Crazyrun 2023 route is a secret! The staff provides only the starting address and, at each checkpoint, the clues needed to reach the next stage. A real adventure!
Crazyrun 2023 competitors are called upon to solve puzzles and trials of various types in a sort of four-wheel treasure hunt. The only certain stage is the meeting point for the start, Thursday, May 25, at the Grand Hotel Dino in Baveno, headquarters and paddock of the Crazyrun. Here, after scrutineering, all the cars are displayed to the public to the delight of all us enthusiasts.
The start of the race is scheduled for the morning of Friday, May 26, with the 100 cars setting off along the roads along the lake in search of clues to continue the race. The conclusion is Saturday, May 27, on Stresa's lakefront, with a parade of cars and awards ceremony for the winners.
